5-Axis Linkage Complex Structure Machining

  • Multi-feature integrated monolithic forming: The part combines asymmetric mounting lugs, full-perimeter heat dissipation ribs, 3D hollow grid cavities, central stepped precision bores and distributed positioning pins. All features are completed in one clamping via 5-axis CNC to eliminate repeated fixture errors and guarantee consistent benchmark accuracy. 

  • Hollow lightweight & heat dissipation dual design: The grid hollow structure removes redundant material to reduce overall weight by over 30%, meanwhile expanding heat dissipation area to rapidly export heat generated by motors, circuit boards and optoelectronic chips inside the cavity, effectively lowering operating temperature.
